White Chocolate Chip and Caramel Cookies

These cookies came out just about perfect. They where soft with a slightly crispy edge and just sweet enough.
Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1 cup white sugar shopping list
- 1 cup softened butter shopping list
- 1/3 cup oil shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract shopping list
- 4 1/2 cups flour shopping list
- 2 teaspoons baking soda shopping list
- 2 teaspoons salt shopping list
- 1 package white chocolate chips shopping list
- 5 caramel squares cut into pea-sized pieces shopping list
How to make it
- cream together sugars, butter and oil
- beat in eggs and vanilla
- fold in flour, baking soda and salt until well mixed
- fold in chocolate and caramel pieces
- drop by teaspoon full on cookie sheet
- bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes
- makes about 6 1/2 dozen
