Incense Meat Rub

- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. ground cumin shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. curry powder shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. crushed coriander seed shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. paprika shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp. ground allspice shopping list
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar shopping list
- 1/4 cup white wine shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Mix together all ingredients.
- Grill your chicken, pork tendeloin, steaks, what ever you are grilling until nearly done.
- Add the coating on one side and turn over.
- Grill an additional 5 minutes on each side putting rub on non-cooking side.
- Cook until desired doneness, don't over cook.
- Paste should not burn so you may need to turn more often or adjust the flame.
