How to make it

  • Mix together all ingredients.
  • Grill your chicken, pork tendeloin, steaks, what ever you are grilling until nearly done.
  • Add the coating on one side and turn over.
  • Grill an additional 5 minutes on each side putting rub on non-cooking side.
  • Cook until desired doneness, don't over cook.
  • Paste should not burn so you may need to turn more often or adjust the flame.
