Wanted to try something different with watermelon, found this on allrecipes.com. It's really on the sweet side, I think next time I'd add a lot more heat for my taste.

Ingredients
  • 3 cups chopped watermelon
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon chopped jalapeno pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

Directions
  1. After chopping watermelon, drain in a colander.
  2. Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  3. Serve with tortilla chips.
