How to make it

  • Pre heat oven at 190 deg C .
  • Line a 22 cm pan and grease it .
  • Pour the toasted dessicated coconut and the excess reserve for batter .
  • Beat the ghee and sugar until creamy .
  • Add the eggs .
  • Add the bananas , yogurt , flour ,spices , remaining coconut .
  • Mix with wooden spoon .
  • Bake for 55 mins .
  • Cool .
  • .......................
  • Icing
  • Mix the sour cream and icing sugar until thick .
  • Spread on top .
  • Sprinkle the toasted shredded coconut on top ( optional )
