The Ruined Reuban Sandwich Recipe

	easy quick microwave sandwiches corned beef sour cream onion soup mix

Ingredients

1 packet onion soup mix

1 8 0z carton sour cream

12 large slices rye or pumpewrnickel bread

1 lb deli corned beef slices

1, 16 oz sauerkraut, drained

Directions

Stir soup mix into sour cream and spread on all bread slices

Top each bread slice with some of the corned beef.

Divide saeurkraut over corned beef and top with remaining bread slices.

Heat the sandwiches in the microwave until wam

Serve at once

optional: add a slice of beefsteak tomato to each sandwich
