The Ruined Reuban Sandwich

Instead of the swiss cheese and thousand island dressing on a reuban, this has the sourcream onion mixture which everyone seems to love. Try and you'll probably love it! These are good to make
Ingredients
- 1 packet onion soup mix shopping list
- 1 8 0z carton sour cream shopping list
- 12 large slices rye or pumpewrnickel bread shopping list
- 1 lb deli corned beef slices shopping list
- 1, 16 oz sauerkraut, drained shopping list
How to make it
- Stir soup mix into sour cream and spread on all bread slices
- Top each bread slice with some of the corned beef.
- Divide saeurkraut over corned beef and top with remaining bread slices.
- Heat the sandwiches in the microwave until wam
- Serve at once
- optional: add a slice of beefsteak tomato to each sandwich
