Sweet Tropical Bread

Quick and easy tropical bread. Great for breakfast or brunch. Good with a cup 'o joe.
Ingredients
- 1 yellow cake mix (18 1/4 oz.) shopping list
- 1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained shopping list
- 1 cup evaporated milk shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 325.
- In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Beat on low just until moist.
- Beat on high for 2 minutes.
- Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
- Bake 45-50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle of bread comes out clean.
- Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
- Note: I like to drizzle with a powdered sugar and milk glaze.
