Quick and easy tropical bread. Great for breakfast or brunch. Good with a cup 'o joe.

Ingredients
  • 1 yellow cake mix (18 1/4 oz.)
  • 1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 325.
  2. In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Beat on low just until moist.
  3. Beat on high for 2 minutes.
  4. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
  5. Bake 45-50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle of bread comes out clean.
  6. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
  7. Note: I like to drizzle with a powdered sugar and milk glaze.
