How to make it
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Spread thinly on cookie sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 325° to 350°, or until lightly browned. Cool. Store in a tight container.
- Variations: Add other nuts (pecans, cashews etc.) and seeds (sesame, sunflower). I add nuts by the ½ c. and seeds by 2 T. amounts. Remember that if you add significantly more to the mix you may need to increase the amount of oil and maple syrup slightly. You may substitute honey for the syrup if you are not a big fan of maple
