I love my easy chicken tacos so I altered the recipe for barbecue since I was craving it once, and it turned out AMAZING I eat it on a roll with cheese and onions...mmmm

Ingredients
  • 3 large chicken breasts (I use frozen)
  • 1 bottle barbecue sauce
  • 2 cans of tomatoes ( oregano basil garlic flavor)
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • chicken broth to cover chicken

Directions
  1. put all ingredients in crockpot on low and cook for 8 hours
  2. uncover for last hour to let sauce reduce and thicken
