How to make it

  • Melt marshamallows on lowest heat stirring constantly.
  • If mixture sticks, pour in a little heavy cream to make melting easier.
  • Melt chocolate and stir smooth.
  • Whisk chocolate into marshamallow mixture till loose and smooth.
  • let cool a bit
  • Whip the cream and blend into mixture.
  • Into 6 ( or more ) dessert glasses, add some mouse, break up one lady finger and place over mousee, drizzle some schnapps and cover with more mousee.
  • Sprinkle on chips over top.
  • Repeat with each dessert
  • Chill well
  • Before serving, spritz top of each dessert with whipped cream and top with a cherry
