Yellow Finger Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

4-6 chicken drumbsticks (also works well with thighs)

enough oil to brush the chicken

salt and pepper

SAUCE:

1 Tablespoon Curry powder

1 Tablespoon Tumeric

2 Tablespoons fresh Lemon juice

1/4 cup honey

1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

Prepare grill and heat to medium/high

wash and dry chicken

brush with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper

Grill chicken for 10 minutes turning after 5minutes

Brush the sauce onto the chicken and reduce heat to medium

Cook about 15 minutes more basting every 5 minutes.

(The honey will burn if left too long, which I enjoy, if you don't turn chicken more frequently.)
