Yellow Finger Chicken

- 4-6 chicken drumbsticks (also works well with thighs) shopping list
- enough oil to brush the chicken shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- SAUCE: shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon curry powder shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon Tumeric shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1/4 cup honey shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare grill and heat to medium/high
- wash and dry chicken
- brush with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Grill chicken for 10 minutes turning after 5minutes
- Brush the sauce onto the chicken and reduce heat to medium
- Cook about 15 minutes more basting every 5 minutes.
- (The honey will burn if left too long, which I enjoy, if you don't turn chicken more frequently.)
