Sweet Potato Bourbon Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

Casserole Ingredients

1 - 32 oz Can of Sweet potatoes, (mashed)

1 Cup Sugar

1 Stick butter, (melted)

1 tsp salt

2 Eggs, beaten

1 (5.33 oz) Can Evaporated Milk

1 tsp Cinnamon

1 Cup Chopped pecans

1 jigger or 2 oz bourbon

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

For Topping

1 Cup Flour

1 Cup Brown Sugar

1 Cup Pecans

1 Stick butter, melted

Directions

Mix all the Casserole ingredients together and spread in 9 x 13 pan.

Then mix all the topping ingredients with a fork and crumble over top of Casserole. Bake in 350 oven for 45 min. Enjoy!
