Sweet potato Bourbon Casserole

This wonderful side dish is sure to please, a true comfort food that goes great with any main dish
Ingredients
- Casserole Ingredients shopping list
- 1 - 32 oz Can of sweet potatoes, (mashed) shopping list
- 1 Cup sugar shopping list
- 1 Stick butter, (melted) shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 2 eggs, beaten shopping list
- 1 (5.33 oz) Can evaporated milk shopping list
- 1 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1 Cup Chopped pecans shopping list
- 1 jigger or 2 oz bourbon shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla extract shopping list
- For Topping shopping list
- 1 Cup flour shopping list
- 1 Cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1 Cup pecans shopping list
- 1 Stick butter, melted shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all the Casserole ingredients together and spread in 9 x 13 pan.
- Then mix all the topping ingredients with a fork and crumble over top of Casserole. Bake in 350 oven for 45 min. Enjoy!
