Classic Layered Spring Salad

- 8 cups chopped iceberg lettuce shopping list
- 3/4 cup red onions sliced shopping list
- 2 cups frozen green peas shopping list
- 3/4 cup green& red bell peppers shopping list
- 1/4 cup black olives sliced shopping list
- 1/2 cup grated carrot shopping list
- 1 cup grape tomatoes sliced in 1/2 shopping list
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1 cup cheese blend ( crumbles) shopping list
- 3/4 cup mayo shopping list
- 1 tsp. sugar shopping list
- 2 tbls. vinegar shopping list
- bacon bits ( optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Layer all veggies in bowl reserve tomatoes.In mixing bowl or blender .Blend mayo.,parm. cheese,sugar, and vinegar. Spread over top of layers. Refridgerate few hours or overnight .Sprinkle with cheese crumbles and tomatoes before serving.
