Bacon wrapped around cream cheese, onion soup mix and bread, then baked. Very easy.Warning-these are very addicting. I always make 2 batches for parties and their still gone!

Ingredients
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 3 T. sour cream
  • 1 lb. bacon, cut slices in half
  • 1 loaf bread, crusts cut off
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix

Directions
  1. Mix together cream cheese, sour cream and soup mix.
  2. Spread each slice of bread with a layer of cheese mixture.
  3. Cut bread slices in half.
  4. Place each bread half on a bacon half and roll up.
  5. Secure each with a toothpick.
  6. Bake at 350 for 25-30 mins. or until browned.
  7. Serve warm or at room temp.

These are my favorite appetizers! Anything with bacon makes me happy - the first time I ever had them I swore that my friend had laced them with some drug because I couldn't stop eating them!! LOL ^^^5
