Easy toffee flavored cookies with no egg. Great for allergy kids!!!

Ingredients
  • Saltine crackers
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

Directions
  1. Line a cookie sheet with foil.
  2. Cover with a layer of saltines.
  3. Cook together in small pot the butter and brown sugar.
  4. Boil 1 minute.
  5. Pour over crackers.
  6. Bake at 350 for 8 mins. It will bubble up.
  7. Remove from oven and pour chocolate chips over crackers.
  8. Spread when melted.
  9. Sprinkle with nuts.
  10. Cut or break into pieces when cool.
