How to make it

  • Beat the egg, sugar, and margarine together, then add other ingredients.
  • Mix well.
  • Put by tablespoons in baking cups in a muffin tin and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes at 375.

  • CARAMEL ICING FOR ABOVE:
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1/3 c. margarine
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • Combine the sugar and butter in a sauce pan, melt over low heat, then add the milk and let just come to slow boil.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Run the powdered sugar through a sieve and then add to the first mixture.
  • Beat with a spoon until it stands in a peak.
  • Ice cup cakes and decorate with a pecan.
