Shrimp Kebabs Italiano

- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil shopping list
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar shopping list
- 2 teaspoons dried basil shopping list
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt or regular salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper shopping list
- 16 tail-on shrimp shopping list
- 8 cherry tomatoes shopping list
- 8 zucchini wedges shopping list
- lemon wedges shopping list
How to make it
- Heat grill to medium-high heat.
- Combine the oil, brown sugar, basil, oregano, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper in a shallow bowl.
- Skewer the shrimp onto 4 skewers, alternating with tomatoes and zucchini.
- Brush the oil-herb mixture onto the shrimp and veggies.
- Grill until shrimp is pink on other side, about 3 minutes.
- Serve with lemon wedges.

- I confess I used summer squash instead of zucchini. I love summer squash, it hates me, so I got to go to the er, but it was worth it!!!
