Bacon And Swiss Quiche

Quiche fit for brunch, lunch or dinner
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup whipping cream shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg shopping list
- 3 eggs beaten until frothy shopping list
- 2 tsp onion flakes shopping list
- 10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled shopping list
- 1 cup swiss cheese shopping list
- 1 prepared pastry crust shopping list
How to make it
- Combine first 6 ingredients
- line crust with 1/2 the bacon and 1/2 the cheese
- Pour half the egg mixture over top
- Add the rest of bacon and cheese
- Pour the rest of the egg mixture over top
- Bake at 350 degrees 45 minutes
