How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease muffin pan or line with paper liners.
  • Combine flours, sugar, baking powder and soda, salt, cinnamon and chocolate chips in a large bowl. In another bowl, beat eggs, yogurt, butter, vanilla and bananas. Stir mixture into dry ingredients just until moistened. (Do NOT overmix!)
  • Fill prepared muffin cups 3/4 full. Sprinkle tops with sugar, if desired. Bake 20 - 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in muffin comes out clean.

    I have all of these ingredients on hand. The only thing that will be different is the yogurt. I bought banana yogurt yesterday-so I'll give it a shot. Sounds Great. GO AMERKS!!!!!!!!~~~~~~~~~~~Sas
