  • Pasta (500 g)
  • Beef (400 g, grounded)
  • Sauce (optional)
  • Tomato (300 g)
  • Basil leaf (150 g)
  • Butter (200 g)
  • Cream (250 g)
  • Egg (4 eggs)
  • Cheddar Cheese (400 g)
  • Sour cream (200 g)
  • Parsley (optional)
  • Black pepper (optional)
  • Olive oil (1 tablespoon)
  • Garlic (3 cloves)

Directions
  1. Boil the water
  2. Add in a teaspoon of salt
  3. Put in 500 g of angelhair pasta and stir frequently
  4. Boil the pasta till moist and drain the water and add in olive oil and pepper and put it aside for a while
  5. Now it`s time for the sauce, chop three cloves of garlic and dice the tomatoes and chop the basil leaves, onion and parsley
  6. Mince the tender beef and heat the oil in a pan
  7. Now put garlic and tomatoes and leave it until the tomato mixture is soft
  8. Add basil leaves and the beef and after a minute chop the onions and butter and add it
  9. Put a little salt to taste and also a sugar and simmer for 10 minutes
  10. After that, mix the tomato mixture with the boiled pasta together
  11. Then put the mixture into a oiled baking tray
  12. Now mix 4 eggs with sour cream and fresh cream with salt and mix well
  13. After that, pour the mixture onto the pasta tray
  14. Also sprinkle a lot of cheddar cheese(400 g) and now bake it for 1/2 an hour
  15. Now, serve with delight!
