Pork Chops With Apples And Stuffing Recipe
The heartwarming taste of cinnamon and apples is the perfect accompaniment to these tender pork chops. This dish only calls for four ingredients. It is a main course that can be served with little preparation.

  • 6 boneless pork loin chops (1 inch thick)
  • 1Tbs vegetable oil
  • 1 package (6 ounces) crushed stuffing mix
  • 1 can (21 ounces) apple pie filling with cinammon

Directions
  1. In a skillet, brown pork chops inoil over medium heat.
  2. Prepare stuffing according to package directions.
  3. Spread pie filling into a greased 13 x 9 baking dish. Place pork chops on top; spoon stuffing over chops.
  4. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Uncover bake 10 minutes longer or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees.
