Barbecued Sirloin With Rosemary Dated 1967 Recipe
BARBECUED SIRLOIN WITH ROSEMARY DATED 1967 This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Pfeiffer Estate in Kerrville, Texas.

Ingredients
  • 1 boneless top sirloin steak about 2" thick
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Directions
  1. Rub rosemary into meat on both sides.
  2. Place meat over coals and cover with heavy foil and barbecue 15 minutes per side.
  3. Put on carving board and sprinkle with pepper and salt then allow to stand 5 minutes and slice.
