Barbecued Sirloin With Rosemary Dated 1967

- 1 boneless top sirloin steak about 2" thick shopping list
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Rub rosemary into meat on both sides.
- Place meat over coals and cover with heavy foil and barbecue 15 minutes per side.
- Put on carving board and sprinkle with pepper and salt then allow to stand 5 minutes and slice.
