These little breakfast treats are so easy and delicate. You will love the simplicity and taste of these little morsels. Add any additional ingredients to taste.

Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup milk or heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 4 to 5 pieces of bread(I prefer Nature's Own Butter Bread)
  • 4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 slices of bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Spray mini muffin pans with cooking spray.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  3. Cut or tear bread into small pieces and place in the bottom of the muffin tins.
  4. Saute onions in butter.
  5. Whisk eggs and milk in a mixing bowl.
  6. Add bacon and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Spoon mixture over bread pieces.
  8. Top with cheese.
  9. Bake until firm, about 12 to 15 minutes.
