- 1 lime wedge shopping list
- 2-tablespoons sweetened coconut flakes shopping list
- 4-ounces vodka shopping list
- splash unsweetened pineapple juice shopping list
- 1 - cup ice cubes shopping list
How to make it
- rub the rims of two chlled martini glasses with the lime wedge....
- pour the cocnut flakes on a plate, and press the rims of the glasses into them, turning gently until the rims are evenly coated.
- combine the remaining ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- shake briskly.
- strain into glasses and serve............
