Ingredients
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 c. vegetable oil shopping list
- 2 3/4 c. sugar shopping list
- 2 c. flour shopping list
- 1 tsp. cinnamon shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. ginger shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. cloves shopping list
- Dash of nutmeg shopping list
- 1 tsp. soda shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 2 (8 oz. jars junior babby fruit) 1 plum, 1 apricot shopping list
How to make it
- Beat eggs, oil, and sugar together.
- Sift flour and spices, soda and salt.
- Add dry ingredients to sugar mixture 1/2 at a time and beat well.
- Add baby fruit (plums and apricots).
- Beat at medium speed 2 minutes.
- Bake in a greased, floured tube pan at 325 degree oven 1 hour and 15 minutes, to 1 1/2 hours.
- Glaze or ice cake or serve with Rum Sauce

- Mix 1 cup sifted confectioners sugar with 2 Tablespoons milk.
- Spread on top of warm cake.

- Decorative Icing
- Mix 1 cup sifted confectioners sugar with 1 Tablespoon milk.
- Spread around outer and inner edges of cake and let drip down in icicle fashion.
