Broccoli and Cauliflower Salad

A fresh, crunchy broccoli and cauliflower salad made great because it has bacon! I have friends who call this St. Louis Salad ... I just call it good.
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups broccoli florets shopping list
- 2 1/2 cups cauliflower florets shopping list
- 1 small red onion, sliced shopping list
- 1 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 5 slices bacon, fried and crumbled shopping list
- salt, to taste shopping list
- pepper, to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Mix dressing ingredients and pour over vegetables and bacon.
- Stir to coat salad ingredients
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Chill.
