baked fish with rich cream and lemon sauce

- medium sized fish we use snapper shopping list
- 2-3 medium sized lemons shopping list
- 3 crushed garlic cloves shopping list
- 2 medium sized red capsicums shopping list
- 1 tea spoon salt shopping list
- a few bay leaves shopping list
- 500 ml bottle of cream shopping list
- 2 medium sized onion shopping list
- 2 table spoons butter shopping list
- 1 tea spoon of paprika shopping list
How to make it
- leave fish as whole after being scaled, gutted and washed clean
- cut fish down the middle
- put fish in a casserole dish or a baking dish
- rub the crushed garlic into the flesh of the fish
- slice the capsicums roughly and put on the fish
- slice onions and scatter on fish
- sprinkle over the paprika and the salt
- pour over the cream
- place a few bay leaves over top and cover with a lid or tin foil
- place in the oven at low to moderate heat eg 150 half way through add the butter and enjoy the longer and slower you cook it the better AND ENJOY
