How to make it

  • Cook bacon in large dutch oven over med-high heat for 2 mins. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Add chicken to the pan;cook 2 mins. Stir in 3Tbs parsley,mushrooms,and remaining ingredientsbring to boil. Cover,reduce heat, and simer 25 mins or till chicken is done.
  • Remove chicken with slotted spoon;keep warm. Bring cooking liquid to a boil;,cook till reduced to 3 cups(about 6 mins). Return chicken to pan;cook 1 min or till thoroughly heated. Sprinle with remaining 1 Tbs. parsley.
