How to make it

  • Cut Round Sourdough Loaf in half sideways
  • Spread Garlic Butter on both halves
  • Sprinkle a bunch of Swiss Cheese over the butter
  • Put both halves of bread back together as if it were a sandwich
  • Over the top, lay raw bacon over the loaf and wrap in tin foil
  • Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes with the whole loaf wraped
  • During the last 15 minutes of baking, just open the top a little so the bacon gets crispy.
