Ingredients
  • 1 box orange cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 can mandarin oranges with juice
  • Topping:
  • 1 medium cool whip
  • 1 12 oz can crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 1 small box dry instant vanilla pudding

Directions
  1. Cake: Mix together all ingredients. Bake in prepared
  2. 9 x 13 inch oblong pan according to cake mix directions.
  3. Topping: Mix by hand and frost cake.
  4. Keep refrigerated.
