A creamy chessy broccoli casserole that gets it zesty flavor from a tablespoon of horseradish.

Ingredients
  • 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli or
  • 2-3 crowns of fresh broccoli
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbs horseradish
  • 2 Tbs melted butter
  • 1/4 cup cracker crumbs

Directions
  1. Cook broccoli according to package directions; dreain. Combine soup, cheese, egg, milk, mayonnaise, and horseradish; stir into broccoli. Spoon into a greased 2-quart casserole
  2. Combine melted butter and cracker crumbs; sprinkle over broccoli mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
