Here is a quick and easy chili soup. It just couldn't be easier or more tasty. A family friendly dinner to serve with hearty bread.

Ingredients
  • 1 pound lean ground beef, browned and drained
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 (14 oz.) cans rotel tomatoes
  • 2 (14 oz.) cans ranch style beans
  • 2 cans minestrone soup
  • 1 Tablespoon chili

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in crockpot and cook for 4 hours.
