Honey Pumpkin Pie

- one 16 ounce can of solid pack pumpkin shopping list
- 1 cup of evaporated low-fat milk shopping list
- 3/4 cup of honey shopping list
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten shopping list
- 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon of rum extract shopping list
- 1 Pastry for single 9-inch pie crust shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients except pastry in large bowl; beat until well blended. Pour into pastry-lined 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 400ºF 45 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
