Stuffed Beef tenderloin

- 3-4 lbs of beef tenderloin shopping list
- 2 to 2.5 cups bread crumbs shopping list
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic shopping list
- 1 bushel of chives shopping list
- 1/4 cup of fresh chopped mushrooms shopping list
- 1 red pepper shopping list
- 1 green or yellow pepper shopping list
- 1/4 cup of water shopping list
- salt n pepper and seasoning salt to taste shopping list
- 10-12 shallots (baby onions) shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
How to make it
- take raw beef tenderloin and butterfly it (if u are not sure how send me a mail )
- Chop all peppers into cubes
- chop shallots mushrooms and chives
- toss into a frying pan browning all veggies
- flip in a touch of red wine to pull the flavor from the pan
- set all veggies to cool
- add in breadcrumbs and egg and mix er all up :) with garlic Burp :)
- put you beef blanket on a cutting board and spread stuffing around evenly
- roll up tenderloin like a jellyroll pin with watered down toothpicks or kitchen/butchers twine
- cook for about 1 hour depends how u like your beef 45 min med rare 1 hour and longer will be well done all the way thru
- enjoy a damn fine meal
- and serve with a full bodied rich merlot :)
