How to make it

  • take raw beef tenderloin and butterfly it (if u are not sure how send me a mail )
  • Chop all peppers into cubes
  • chop shallots mushrooms and chives
  • toss into a frying pan browning all veggies
  • flip in a touch of red wine to pull the flavor from the pan
  • set all veggies to cool
  • add in breadcrumbs and egg and mix er all up :) with garlic Burp :)
  • put you beef blanket on a cutting board and spread stuffing around evenly
  • roll up tenderloin like a jellyroll pin with watered down toothpicks or kitchen/butchers twine
  • cook for about 1 hour depends how u like your beef 45 min med rare 1 hour and longer will be well done all the way thru
  • enjoy a damn fine meal
  • and serve with a full bodied rich merlot :)
