Nutty Cole Slaw Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound bag of classic cole slaw

1/2 cup of Peanuts

1 cup light mayonnaise

1/3 cup sugar

1/8 cup white distilled vinegar

1 Tablespoon prepared yellow mustard

Directions

Combine mayonnaise, sugar vinegar and mustared in a bowl and mix thoroughly until sugar is completely dissolved.

Place cole slaw into a bowl pour just enough dressing over the vegetables to moisten them nicely.(After it sits a while, there will suddenly be more liquid in the bowl than you thought there was - it will come off the veggies. So don't overdo the dressing. You can always add more if needed.)

Stir in peanuts.

Cover and chill.
