Delicious sweet-n-salty white chocolate party mix that is very addicting!

Ingredients
  • 1 ten-ounce package mini pretzel twists
  • 5 cups Cheerios cereal
  • 5 cups Corn Chex cereal
  • 2 cups salted peanuts or dry-roasted peanuts
  • 1 sixteen-ounce package plain M and M's candy
  • 2 twelve-ounce packages white chocolate or vanilla baking chips
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable or canola oil
  • waxed paper

Directions
  1. Prepare 3 baking sheets by lining with waxed paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine pretzels, Cheerios, Corn Chex, peanuts, and M and M's.
  3. Mix well and set aside.
  4. In a medium microwave-safe bowl, heat vanilla chips and canola oil on medium-high for 2 minutes in microwave.
  5. Stir and place back into microwave.
  6. Heat and additional 10-20 seconds and stir until smooth.
  7. Remove from microwave and pour over cereal mixture in large mixing bowl.
  8. Spread onto the 3 waxed-paper lined baking sheets.
  9. Cool completely and break apart,.
  10. Store in airtight container with lid such as Tupperware.
  11. Makes approximately 5 quarts.
