How to make it

  • Cream brown sugar and margarine.
  • Add jam and buttermilk.
  • Mix dry ingredients together and mix into batter.
  • Cook at 325 degrees until springs back when touched.

  • Note: My ideas on pan sizes.
  • You could use a 10" tube pan, 9 x 13 inch pan for when I baked my moms cake I have used these size pans. Also you might try the round cake pans but have no idea on how many.
