Pear Bundt Cake

Five simple ingredients is all you need to fix this light,lovely dessert. Tiny bits of pear provide sweetness to the moist slices.From Taste of Home Light Desserts.
Ingredients
- 1 can(15 oz) reduced-sugar sliced pears shopping list
- 1 pkg(181/4oz)white cake mix shopping list
- 2 egg whites shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 2Tsp confectioners' sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Drain pears;reserve syrup;chop pears. Place pears and syrup in large mixing bowl;add dry cake mix,egg whites and egg. Beat on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat on high for 4 mins.
- Coat a 10" fluted tube pan with cooking spray and dust with flour. Add the batter. Bake at 350 for 50-55 mins.or till toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.. Cool for 10 mins in the pan,then remove to wire rack to cool completely. Dust with confectioners sugar.

That does seem simple and easy. We have a pear tree in our yard loaded with fruit and I always look for new pear recipes.
