Ingredients

1- 3 oz. pkg corned beef thinly sliced

1- 8oz. sauerkraut drained well

1-3 oz. cream cheese, softened

1/3 cup mayo

6 english muffins

Directions

Cut corned beef into small pieces.

In mixing bowl: combine all ingredients except muffins.

Mix well.

Spread on muffin halves.

Broil unitl lightly crowned and cheese melts.
