Love this recipe.....easy reuben to throw together in a hurry. I absoluetly love this recipe and so will you!
Ingredients
- 1- 3 oz. pkg corned beef thinly sliced shopping list
- 1- 8oz. sauerkraut drained well shopping list
- 1-3 oz. cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1/3 cup mayo shopping list
- 6 English muffins shopping list
How to make it
- Cut corned beef into small pieces.
- In mixing bowl: combine all ingredients except muffins.
- Mix well.
- Spread on muffin halves.
- Broil unitl lightly crowned and cheese melts.
