Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • 1 (29 ounce) can of pears, drained
  • 1 ( 20 ounce) can pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1 (30 ounce) can apricot halves, drained
  • 1 (29 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained
  • 1 (8 ounce) jar maraschino cherries, drained
  • 2 bananas, sliced

Directions
  1. Combine butter, sugar and curry powder; heat stirring until well blended. Combine fruit in a shallow 2-quart casserole; add sauce.
  2. Bake at 300 degrees for one hour.
