How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350. Season fish with s&p and lemon juice.
  • Prepare suace by melting butter, stirring in flour and cooking over low heat about 5 minutes. Whisk in milk and heat until boiling and thickened. Add mustard, s&p. Cook gently 5 minutes.
  • Layer fish in casserole with bits of butter and the sauce. Combine topping ingredients and spinkle over the top. Bake 25-30 minutes.
