Lazy Fish Casserole

- 2 lbs. fish fillets shopping list
- s&p shopping list
- juice of 1 lemon shopping list
- 2 T butter, very cold & cut into bits shopping list
- Sauce: shopping list
- 2 T butter shopping list
- 2 T flour shopping list
- 1 c milk shopping list
- s&p shopping list
- 1 T dry mustard shopping list
- Topping: shopping list
- 3/4 c breadcrumbs shopping list
- 1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped shopping list
- 1/4 c melted butter shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350. Season fish with s&p and lemon juice.
- Prepare suace by melting butter, stirring in flour and cooking over low heat about 5 minutes. Whisk in milk and heat until boiling and thickened. Add mustard, s&p. Cook gently 5 minutes.
- Layer fish in casserole with bits of butter and the sauce. Combine topping ingredients and spinkle over the top. Bake 25-30 minutes.
