Ingredients
  • 1 box light brown sugar
  • 1 c. granulated sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. finely chopped nuts
  • 1 tsp. maple flavorning
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1/2 c. Crisco Oil
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. milk

Directions
  1. Cream sugar, margarine and Cricso--Add dry ingredients alternately with milk--Add flavoring and fold in nuts.
  2. Bake in tube cake pan at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done.
