How to make it

  • In non stick skillet, melt butter with oil over med. high heat. Cook shrimp and asparagus, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink and asparagus is just tender. (Do not overcook either the shrimp or asparagus) Stir in cheese and sour cream until melted. Stir in lemon juice and pepper; heat through.
  • Serve immediately with hot cooked rice. Garnish with lemon slices. And don't forget the bread or rolls.

    One of the best online recipes I've tasted. Easy to prepare, but tastes like I spent hours. Everyone hummed during the meal. It's a keeper, especially if you want to impress.
