Grilled Shrimp

- 1 lb Big shrimp (he have had that discussion) shopping list
- Splash of white wine shopping list
- 3 TBS toasted slivered almonds (chopped) shopping list
- 1 cloves Minced garlic shopping list
- 1/2 Cup butter + 1/2 Cup melted for dipping shopping list
- 3TBS lemon juice shopping list
- 1 Lemon shopping list
How to make it
- Remove the shells and devein the shrimp (save the shells) I have a good soup recipe for them
- rinse shrimp and put back in the fridge
- toast almonds then chop
- melt butter, garlic, wine, almonds and lemon juice in a small pan
- pour butter mixture over shrimp
- BBQ over medium hot fire for 3-5 minutes per side (depending on the size of the shrimp)
