Ingredients
  • 1 lb Big shrimp (he have had that discussion)
  • Splash of white wine
  • 3 TBS toasted slivered almonds (chopped)
  • 1 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 Cup Butter + 1/2 Cup melted for dipping
  • 3TBS Lemon Juice
  • 1 Lemon

Directions
  1. Remove the shells and devein the shrimp (save the shells) I have a good soup recipe for them
  2. rinse shrimp and put back in the fridge
  3. toast almonds then chop
  4. melt butter, garlic, wine, almonds and lemon juice in a small pan
  5. pour butter mixture over shrimp
  6. BBQ over medium hot fire for 3-5 minutes per side (depending on the size of the shrimp)
