How to make it

  • Remove the shells and devein the shrimp (save the shells) I have a good soup recipe for them
  • rinse shrimp and put back in the fridge
  • toast almonds then chop
  • melt butter, garlic, wine, almonds and lemon juice in a small pan
  • pour butter mixture over shrimp
  • BBQ over medium hot fire for 3-5 minutes per side (depending on the size of the shrimp)
