Ingredients

8 sandwhiches slices or 4 rolls or 1 baquette (wholemeal bread) .

200 gr celeriac shredded.

1 small leek thinly sliced.

1 small onion finely chopped.

1 clove garlic finely chopped.

1 small carot shredded.

8 lettuce leaves.

2 tbs lemon juice.

200 gr spicy cumin cheese.

100 gr salami or cooked chicken

4 tbs Greek yogurt.

1/2 tbs mustard

1/2 tbs whine vinegar.

1 tbs capers.

fresh black pepper to taste.

Salt to taste.

Directions

Shred the celeriac and sprinkle immediately with lemon juice.

Cut cheese and salami in little cubes.

Drain capers and rinse with cold water to unsalt and drain again.

I a bowl mix yoghurt, mustard, vinegar to a smooth sauce, add capers and pepper to taste and a little salt, ( remember cheese and salami are salt too).

Put all ingredients and the sauce in a bowl and mix.

Put on one slice of bread a lettuce leave and top with the cheese salami mixture and put another lettuce leave on top, now close with another slice of bread.

If you use bread rolls or baquette then cut them in halves.
