How to make it

  • Shred the celeriac and sprinkle immediately with lemon juice.
  • Cut cheese and salami in little cubes.
  • Drain capers and rinse with cold water to unsalt and drain again.
  • I a bowl mix yoghurt, mustard, vinegar to a smooth sauce, add capers and pepper to taste and a little salt, ( remember cheese and salami are salt too).
  • Put all ingredients and the sauce in a bowl and mix.
  • Put on one slice of bread a lettuce leave and top with the cheese salami mixture and put another lettuce leave on top, now close with another slice of bread.
  • If you use bread rolls or baquette then cut them in halves.
