Normaway French Toast--from Nova Scotia Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • whisk eggs and milk togather
  • in a seperate bowl,combine oats,sugar,cinnamon and butter in a skillet
  • dip bread in egg mixture then in spiced oats and saute until golden brown
  • serve with (true)maple syrup
