How to make it

  • In a large bowl, combine the cake mix and pudding mixes. Add the sour cream, eggs, oil and water. Beat until blended. Pour into 5 mini loaf pans. Combine the pecans, brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the batter. Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pans.
