Leprechaun Bread

- 1 box yellow cake mix shopping list
- 2 (3-oz.) boxes instant pistachio pudding mix shopping list
- 1 c. sour cream shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil shopping list
- 1/4 c. water shopping list
- 3/4 c. chopped pecans shopping list
- 3 T. brown sugar shopping list
- 2 tsp. cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- In a large bowl, combine the cake mix and pudding mixes. Add the sour cream, eggs, oil and water. Beat until blended. Pour into 5 mini loaf pans. Combine the pecans, brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the batter. Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pans.
