Vermicelli Upma

- 2 C vermicilli , roasted until golden shopping list
- 4 C water shopping list
- Pinch of salt shopping list
- Temper : shopping list
- 1/2 tbsp ghee shopping list
- Pinch of mustard seeds shopping list
- 1 sprig curry leaves shopping list
- 1 dry red chilli , broken shopping list
- 2 tsp chopped onions shopping list
- 1 tsp fresly chopped ginger shopping list
How to make it
- First temper .
- Add the water .
- Once starts to boil , add the vermicilli and salt .
- Check the salt and on high heat boil until all the water evaporates .
- Serve hot with golden brown sugar ( For each serving , 1 to 2 tsp of sugar ) .

I am so glad you posted this recipe. I love the flavors so much and the toasting of the vermicelli before boiling. This has quiet the aromatic flavor.
