How to make it

  • First temper .
  • Add the water .
  • Once starts to boil , add the vermicilli and salt .
  • Check the salt and on high heat boil until all the water evaporates .
  • Serve hot with golden brown sugar ( For each serving , 1 to 2 tsp of sugar ) .

    I am so glad you posted this recipe. I love the flavors so much and the toasting of the vermicelli before boiling. This has quiet the aromatic flavor.
