Ingredients
  • 1 pkg. yellow Jiffy cake mix
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 beaten egg

Directions
  1. Mix together and bake 350 degrees for 25 minutes in square Pyrex baking dish 9 x 9 x 3.
  2. Mix 3 ounce package strawberry Jello and 1 cup boiling water.
  3. Set aside to cool.
  4. Cool cake slightly and prick top with fork.
  5. Spoon Jello over cake.
  6. Cool thoroughly and cover with whipped cream.
  7. Chill.
  8. 8 to 10 servings.
