How to make it

  • In a non stick pan heat 2-3 tbsp EVOO and saute rice til just golden
  • Add the bouillon to the water to mix and add with remaining ingredients
  • Cover and simmer for 20 minutes
  • I find sometimes you need to add a little more water towards the end of cooking depending on the rice but this is a generally foolproof recipe.
