Trout with Bacon Brie and Spinach

- 2 8-10 Rainbow trout, butterflied, boned shopping list
- 2 -3 bacon strips-precooked and chopped shopping list
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves shopping list
- 1/4 cup brie cheese-diced into pieces shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375
- Brush baking sheet with oil or spray with Non-stick spay
- Lay Trout on prepared sheet: open like a book
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Fill with 1/4-1/3 C Spinach leaves
- Bacon Chunks
- Brie Chunks
- Bake until fish is just cooked through and Brie is melted, about 15 minutes.
- Serve immediately
