Trout with Bacon Brie and Spinach Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375
  • Brush baking sheet with oil or spray with Non-stick spay
  • Lay Trout on prepared sheet: open like a book
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Fill with 1/4-1/3 C Spinach leaves
  • Bacon Chunks
  • Brie Chunks
  • Bake until fish is just cooked through and Brie is melted, about 15 minutes.
  • Serve immediately
