Trout With Bacon Brie And Spinach Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 8-10 Rainbow Trout, butterflied, boned
  • 2 -3 Bacon strips-precooked and chopped
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup Brie cheese-diced into pieces
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Brush baking sheet with oil or spray with Non-stick spay
  3. Lay Trout on prepared sheet: open like a book
  4. Salt and Pepper to taste
  5. Fill with 1/4-1/3 C Spinach leaves
  6. Bacon Chunks
  7. Brie Chunks
  8. Bake until fish is just cooked through and Brie is melted, about 15 minutes.
  9. Serve immediately
